The video shows a fire that broke out at a warehouse in Brazil in August 2024 and is unrelated to Israel or Hezbollah.
What is the claim?
A video of a fire raging in a residential area is being shared on social media platform X (formerly Twitter) with the claim that it shows a recent attack by Hezbollah on Israel.
In the first part of the video, black smoke rises from burning buildings during the daytime, while the second shows a fire at night. Archives of these posts are here, here, and here.

This comes in the backdrop of Israel's attack on southern Lebanon on September 23, 2024, which killed around 500 people, according to the Lebanese Health Ministry. Hezbollah also fired rockets towards Israel in response.
However, we found that this video is not from Israel or Lebanon.
What is the truth?
On conducting a reverse image search on keyframes of the viral video, we found a news report by a website called Roma News. It was titled, "Fire destroys business in Novo Progresso," and uploaded on August 11, 2024.
The report, written in Portuguese and translated using Google Translate, carried the same video being shared on social media and said that a large fire had broken out in a warehouse located behind a store on Dr. Isaias Antunes Avenue, in Novo Progresso, near BR-163, a highway in Brazil, on August 11. The fire quickly spread, spilling oil onto the streets and reaching nearby stores and businesses, the report further added.
An X post by Roma News (archived here) also details the incident.
We also found a news report by a Brazilian website called Ver-O-Fato, published on August 12, 2024, that carried similar details and the same video, further confirming the location.
Further, at the timestamp 0:16 in the video, we noticed a truck with the letters "T.R.R. TAPAJOS" on it. We found that T.R.R. Tapojos is a transport company based in Brazil, located in Novo Progresso, which aligns with the information found in the Roma News report.

We also noticed the word "Restaurante" written on a board in the viral video. Using this, we identified the board as belonging to the "Espeto de Ouro Churrascaria e Restaurante", located just off the BR-163. This confirmed that the incident had taken place in the Novo Progresso area.

The verdict
The claim is false as the video shows a fire in a warehouse in Brazil. We found no connection in the video with Israel or Hezbollah.
