The video uploaded by NDTV News confirms that Rajasthan doctors cured coronavirus patients using a combination of anti-viral drugs. Doctors at the Rajasthan's biggest government hospital, the Sawai Mansingh Medical College and Hospital in Jaipur, confirmed that they treated an old Italian man and his wife who had tested positive for coronavirus. The couple had developed severe respiratory problems following which a decision was taken to give them a combination of the anti-viral drugs. First, they were given malaria drug chloroquine and swine flu medicines, followed by HIV drugs. Two weeks after the treatment, the wife tested negative for COVID-19, while her husband is on the road to recovery. However, the doctors have stated that it is too early to claim that this is the scientifically established line of treatment for coronavirus, and more clinical trials are required. The COVID-19 pandemic has given rise to a lot of potentially dangerous misinformation.
