The footage does show an incident in Delray Beach but the truck was not carrying ballots. Therefore we have marked this claim as false.
Context
A viral video shared online shows a clip of a truck belonging to Enterprise stopped on the road. The video has been falsely linked to claims that Enterprise lost ballot containers.

The original video source, from Instagram, claims to show Atlantic Avenue, Delray Beach, Florida. The voiceover in the video says that the truck had "voter stuff" and was "driving around with the door open." Towards the end of the video, as the people drive back past the truck, one of them says, "Is that mail? Is that voter fraud?"
A caption shared alongside the Instagram video reads "What in the rigged election is going on here."
A post on X that shares the video further states, "TRUCK stopped in traffic after losing containers allegedly containing BALLOTS."
However, the truck was not carrying ballots and is not connected to voter fraud.
In fact
Alison Novoa, the Public Information Officer and Director of Strategic Initiatives at The Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections, told Logically Facts that an incident did occur in Delray Beach. She said, "The incident included two of the precinct scanners being delivered to the Election Day polling place."
"No ballots were inside these scanners, and no votes were cast on these precinct scanners because they were in the process of being delivered. The precinct scanners were damaged, and new scanners were deployed to the Election Day polling place."
We asked for clarification on whether the viral video shows this same incident. Novoa said, "Yes. That's the same incident. Again, there were no ballots or votes involved in any way."
Logically, Facts was also able to verify and geolocate the spot where the video was taken. It is correct that it was taken on Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach, Florida.

Details in the Google Maps image match those in the video. The IHOP's blue roof and architecture are the same. The tree, traffic lights, and pylon in front of it are in the same place.
The road layout in the clip also indicated it was at a junction. This matches the spot found on Google Maps.
Logically Facts also contacted Enterprise, whose name appears on the truck in the video, but we had not heard back from them at the time of publishing.
When asked if they hire trucks in Palm Beach County, Novoa said, "We hire a moving company to deliver voting equipment to the nearly 400 Election Day polling places."
The Verdict
The footage does show an incident in Delray Beach in which a truck was carrying precinct scanners. However, the truck was not carrying ballots. Therefore, we have marked this claim as false.
