Mumbai Police have not handed over necessary digital evidence in Sushant’s case to Enforcement Directorate despite reminders sent by the agency.

Mumbai Police have not handed over necessary digital evidence in Sushant’s case to Enforcement Directorate despite reminders sent by the agency. Bollywood actor, Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case took a turn when his father KK Singh filed an FIR against actress Rhea Chakraborty and five others in Patna. Soon, the ED joined the probe as allegations of money laundering surfaced. According to recent reports, the ED has written four letters to the Mumbai police requesting Mumbai police to handover late actor’s seized phone, laptop, call details and forensic details. But the police have not responded to the letters of the ED officials. There has been a delay by the Mumbai police and we do not have a clear picture of why the same is not handed over.
