The Ministry of Home Affairs announced unlock 4.0 guidelines to be implemented from September 1, 2020. The Karnataka government issued a notification in this regard, which said that it would ease the restrictions under the Centre’s step-by-step relaxation of rules post-coronavirus lockdown. However, the guidelines mentioned that theatres, cinema halls, entertainment parks, swimming pools, etc. will remain closed.
