A photograph by Munir Uz Zaman published on Getty Images proves that it is of Bangladesh police but not of Delhi police.An image of a policeman trying to hit a young boy with a baton has been circulated on social media, for instance on Twitter, claiming that the Delhi Police tackled terror in that manner. According to the description for the photo on Getty Images, it was taken by photographer Munir Uz Zaman when Bangladeshi a policeman threatened a child with a baton during clashes with garment workers in Dhaka on 30 June 2010. Also, the same image was published in an article by The Guardian with a similar caption that it was about a clash between the Bangladesh police and garment workers protesting against low wages and poor working conditions in Dhaka in 2010. Therefore, the viral image is from Bangladesh dated back in 2010 and not from Delhi, India.
