False: US-Mexico border wall in Texas collapse partially due to a storm.

An old video of wall panels falling over at New Mexico from June 2020 is being circulated as border wall collapse in Texas.A video circulating on social media claimed that heavy winds had knocked down sections of a border wall in Texas caused by Hurricane Hanna. People on Twitter expressed outrage at the footage, believing Hanna had toppled the wall because of shoddy construction.
