Facebook founder Zuckerberg has been criticized by activists and his employees for his inaction on Trump's posts encouraging violence during protests.Facebook does not have any partisan links to Trump, but founder Mark Zuckerberg has come under fire for refusing to take down and filter Trumps posts on violence, protests, and election fraud through paper ballets. Although Zuckerberg and his wife have personally condemned Trumps aggravating words, on a professional level, Zuckerberg has refused to have Facebook takedown Trump's posts arguing that "Facebook is not a misinformation detection/filtering platform". Zuckerberg has experienced large pushback from employees at all levels at Facebook as well as from activists alike. Therefore, Facebook as a company does not "support" Trump however, its founder, Mark Zuckerberg's inaction has been interpreted as complicit support for Trumps antics by many. Moreover, Facebook on June 18 removed campaign posts and advertisements from the Trump campaign featuring an upside down red triangle symbol once used by Nazis to identify political opponents.
