There is no medical evidence or scientific test conducted which confirms that drinking camel urine can cure coronavirus. A video is circulating on social media showing a man drinking camel urine and saying that it will cure and fight against diseases like asthma, coronavirus and respiratory problems. WHO in a Q&A section of coronaviruses (COVID-19) stated that till date, there is no vaccine and no specific antiviral medicines against COVID-19. Possible vaccines and some specific drug treatments are currently under investigation. World Health Organization(WHO) in January 2019 stated that Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus(MERS‐CoV) can spread by dromedary camels to humans. It warned that people should avoid contact with dromedary camels, consuming raw camel milk or camel urine, as well as eating meat that has not been properly cooked.
