Apple Cider Vinegar has not shown significant and sustainable weight loss in humans.
Apple Cider Vinegar has not shown significant and sustainable weight loss in humans.Apple cider vinegar is a more common type of vinegar made from fermented apple juice. It is suggested as a natural health cure, with several suggested health benefits. However, some of these health claims have little to no evidence of their effectiveness. One of the most common claims suggests that drinking a small amount of apple cider vinegar before meals or taking an apple cider vinegar supplement helps curb appetite and burn fat. But no studies have been done on a big enough sample group to prove that apple cider vinegar does cause people to lose weight. There is little scientific support for these claims. Studies of apple cider vinegar for weight loss have not consistently shown significant and sustainable weight loss across diverse groups.
