Conley denied reports of Trump suffering a series of mini-strokes.The United States President Donald Trump, on September 1, 2020, denied that he had a series of mini-strokes prompting an unscheduled visit to the Walter Reed Medical Center in Maryland in November 2019, and called it fake news. His physician, Dr. Sean P. Conley, said that the president remained healthy and would remain fit to execute his duties. He added that Trump did not experience or had been evaluated for a cerebrovascular accident (stroke), transient ischemic attack (mini-stroke), or any acute cardiovascular emergencies. Trump had tweeted on November 17, 2019, that he visited a young man's family under a major surgery at the Walter Reed Medical Center and as part of his yearly physical.
