There are currently no drugs licensed for the treatment or prevention of COVID-19 and alcohol does not kill novel coronavirus. The World Health Organisation suggested to frequently clean hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water. It also mentions that spraying of alcohol to the body does not kill the coronavirus which has already entered your body.
